Meet the Team
President / Founder
Gene has been flying most of his life, following in the footsteps of his father who served nearly 30 years in the U.S. Air Force as a pilot. Gene has contracted for several local charter companies and ended up at a large FAA Part 135 charter company where he held the Chief Pilot position at age 23. He went to work for a major Airline after 6 years, but soon found he missed the private industry, and subsequently formed his first Air Charter company in 1992. At the start of his career he also obtained his FAA aircraft mechanic licenses and continued on to receive his FAA Inspection Authorization. Now, some 37 years after the start of his career, Gene has amassed over 20,000 flight hours, holds an Airline Transport Pilot license, Certified Flight Instructor, A&P Mechanic License, and is type rated to fly several types of jet aircraft. In his free time, Gene enjoys hunting and fishing.
